A mantra for our Sacred time together.
This will be an opportunity to embody being connected, deeply and powerfully, in an intentional quantum healing vortex, in beautiful Sedona. Allow the power of community and communing in nature to offer you the chance to renew, play, and heal, taking you deeper into your true Soul Self, peace, purpose, and vision!
We have created this women's retreat with the intention of cultivating Sacred space for embracing ourselves and being with ourselves, while being held in community. It is about connecting with our bodies, our voices, and our hearts. Together, we will laugh, play, and dance. We are love.
We will sing, dance, and play, we will let go of old stories and old family dynamics, while we set intentions and vision for the future, with love for ourselves. Coming together, as a collective, we are co-creating an energetic portal that allows for a potent healing experience.
Casa Remuda in beautiful Sedona, Arizona is a magical place for transformation and growth.
This will be an intimate, energetic container with a maximum of 9 women.
Our time together is value-packed, including:

Our time together includes movement, and options for visiting Sedona, hiking in the local red rocks, yoga, and dancing at a local ecstatic dance.
The Embodiment experience includes Light Language, Sound Healing, Art Therapy, River Walk and Water Ceremony, with optional one-on-one therapeutic sessions with Dr. Jennifer Markham and Ann Jonas.

She is passionate in bringing together community for healing, education, creative arts, food, dance, play, and experiences which supports living in harmony with nature

❖ Ann Jonas, aka The Love Messenger, Transformational Guidance, is passionate about helping and supporting others to become more of who they truly are. She approaches her work from a holistic, intuitive, spiritual perspective with decades of experience as a bodyworker and birth doula.
Today her most powerful gift is Living as a Being of Love and Light, offering Transformational and Perspective Guidance, as a Shamanic Guide, Intuitive Healer, Bodyworker, Author of Sacred Connection, Speaker, and Workshop Facilitator.
Ann’s life purpose is helping and supporting others to become more of who they truly are, to raise their consciousness, and remind them that they are a Being of Light and Love. She honors and recognizes that there is a transformational journey of remembering, that we are each here to be a part of, and she is familiar with walking along The Lotus Path.
She knows the beautiful mess that this life is while we are coming home to connection and presence with Self. She creates and holds space, in a safe container.
